1. Program and Message Types

By voluntarily opting in, you agree to receive informational and conversational SMS messages from Nationwide Freight Carriers Inc. (NFC), as applicable to your relationship with us. Brokers and customers who opt in through the Broker & Customer Inquiries form may receive freight/load status updates, dispatch coordination, pickup and delivery scheduling, shipment notifications, and responses to business inquiries. Driver applicants who separately opt in through the Driver Application form may receive recruiting, application status, and onboarding updates. Messages are limited to the audience and message types described beside the applicable checkbox.

2. Consent and Message Frequency

Consent is collected when a person enters a mobile number in the applicable website form and affirmatively selects the separate, optional SMS consent checkbox. Brokers and customers use the Broker & Customer Inquiries form at the Contact section; driver applicants use the Driver Application form. Each checkbox is unchecked by default and applies only to its described message types. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of purchase, service, employment consideration, or submitting a form. Message frequency may vary based on shipment activity and communication needs.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan and carrier.

4. Opt Out and Help

5. Privacy and Data Use

We use personal information to provide freight and business services, respond to inquiries, coordinate shipments, process driver applications, and send messages where consent has been provided.
